Dentures and Partials

For patients who are missing many or all of their teeth, dentures and partial dentures are one of the many restorative solutions for improving your health. Depending on how many teeth are missing, Dr. David Bohm can fully customize a set of full dentures for your upper and lower arches or he can create a partial denture to fill in gaps between your natural teeth. Dentures will give you the confidence to smile again, renew your ability to eat nearly anything you want, and enable you to speak clearly once more.

Dentures can be attached via traditional methods or by the use of dental implants. With proper care, dental implants are permanent restorations designed for a lifetime. We are proud to say that our high quality labs are located in the USA. We never ship outside of the country where standards and quality are often compromised. Dr. Bohm will do all that’s possible to ensure that your dentures enhance your smile and improve both your dental health and quality of life.

Two types of dentures are available, full (complete) and partial dentures. A complete denture covers your entire upper or lower jaw and is used when all teeth are missing, while a partial denture is used when some natural teeth remain.

Both dentures and partials are removable which makes them easy to care for. Simply remove the appliance, clean it with a regular toothbrush, and place it in a glass of water to soak overnight. You can even add a denture-cleaning tablet to the cup if you’d like.

Patients looking for a more permanent, life-like replacement for missing teeth may consider dental implants or implant-supported dentures. Dental implants have the highest level of satisfaction compared to alternatives, and they most closely resemble the feel, look and function of natural teeth. With proper care, implants are designed to last a lifetime.
